My name is Inés, I am 32 years old and I am a barre and pilates instructor, and mama.

Graduated in International Business & Marketing, with a MBA in Fashion Management and over 15 years in the industry, I decided to move careers after becoming a mother.

Motherhood brought me both joy and challenges - a new identity, a new rhythm, and a deeper need to reconnect with myself.

That´s why I created Move with Inés: to share movement that isn´t about perfection or pressure, but about presence.
